Limited Release American Whiskey
Named after the first bomb defused following the attack on Pearl Harbor, Type 92, Number 25 – Welded and Riveted honors the bravery and precision of Admiral Draper Kauffman, the father of Navy EOD. Personally selected and flown to Hawaii, Kauffman defused the Type 92 bomb, marking the beginning of a legacy that lives on in every Navy EOD technician today.
This bottle is more than whiskey - it’s a tribute. A tribute to courage, commitment, and the countless stories of sacrifice that followed. Just as Admiral Kauffman's mission was the beginning, so is this pour. Each sip invites reflection and connection, bridging past to present, and honoring the legacy of those who protect life, limb, and liberty.
Every detail of this bottle has been intentionally crafted. The label and vessel are hand-selected to feel substantial in your hand, an heirloom worth holding. Embedded within the design are curated symbols that trace the origins of Kauffman’s story and the birth of Navy EOD. Discover them. Share them. And raise a glass to where it all began.
